Up like a bubble, into skies blue and fair

Floating up through the vast prairie ocean of air.

 

 

 

Up, up to the heavens, so awesomely high

In a wild surrender to the wind and the sky

 

 

The Ruby Mountains
Elko and Spring Creek

 

 

 

And briefly I knew what it felt like to be

Of all the world's creatures the most joyful and free.
